We recognise that sometimes things don’t always go to plan – that’s life. So when expectations are not met, we’re committed to addressing the situations between you and the accredited ATAS travel agents you book.

All travel agents operate under Australian Consumer Law, and therefore there may be situations where the Australian Consumer Protection agency in your capital city is required to look after you instead.
