Can I submit a complaint against a non-ATAS travel agent?

You may submit a complaint however AFTA is limited to managing complaints in line with the ATAS Code of Conduct and can only hold ATAS accredited agents accountable to the Code. 

As such, only complaints against ATAS agents are eligible for review however the information on non-ATAS agents is collated and kept on file by AFTA, the industry body.
