If AFTA finds in my favour will I automatically receive a refund?

Not necessarily. Every complaint is considered on its own merits. The circumstances of your complaint will be objectively assessed and a monetary refund is determined only when warranted.  If a breach of the ATAS Code of Conduct is determined, this also does not automatically entitle you to the refund or outcome that you are seeking.
