I’m currently travelling and have a complaint. What should I do?

You should raise your issue immediately with your travel agent or tour operator to allow them the opportunity to have the issue corrected. Having documentation, supporting photographs and a record of your complaint at that time will assist if you need to raise a complaint upon your return.
