Can I submit a complaint against a non-ATAS travel agent?

You may submit a complaint, but ATIA is limited to managing complaints in line with the ATAS Code of Conduct and can only hold ATAS-accredited businesses accountable to the code. As such, only complaints against ATAS agents are eligible for review, however information on non-ATAS agents is collated and kept on file by ATIA, the industry body.
