The Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) is the peak industry body representing Australian travel agents, tour operators and travellers. ATIA deals with all major issues relating to the operations of travel agencies and tour operators at both state and federal level.
ATIA is the governing body of ATAS (Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme), a national accreditation scheme for travel agents and tour operators who meet strict criteria and best business practices.
