The ATAS Complaints Appeal Committee (ACAC) is an independent review committee. Where a complainant is not satisfied with the outcome of a review by the ATAS Compliance Manager, they may appeal to ACAC who will review the complaint and make a determination.
ACAC may impose a range of sanctions after an investigation of your complaint. These include:Ā
- Rectification orders;
- Improvement notices;
- Warning notices;
- Publication orders;
- Public notification;
- Re-training order; or
- Suspension or cancellation of ATAS accreditation.
